Fradomos- Line of sight. The IR board must “see” the device, like a remote control. Move it closer and make sure nothing blocks it. 3–5 metres is a good limit.
- Is the IR board online? If it is offline, see A circuit shows offline.
- Right brand? Edit the device and pick the brand again. For unusual TVs choose Learn from my remote and teach each button.
- State differs. Fradomos cannot know what happened with the physical remote. Press the button again.
- One press at a time. IR commands are sent once and not repeated, so a blocked signal is simply lost. Press again.
