The app cannot find my home

Same Wi-Fi. Your phone must be on the same network as the Fradomos box. A guest network or mobile data will not find it.
iPhone: allow Local Network. Phone Settings → Fradomos → Local Network must be on. The app also has a button Allow local network access.
The box. Is it powered and connected with its network cable? Its lights should be on. Wait two minutes after switching it on.
Router changes. If the router was replaced or restarted, the box may have a new address. Press Try again — the app searches the network again.
VPN. Switch any VPN off on your phone.
Away from home? Then you need remote access: Use Fradomos away from home.
