Use Fradomos away from home

At home, everything is free. To reach your home from outside (mobile data, another Wi-Fi) you need remote access, which is part of a plan.

1. Make sure remote access is on (More → House settings → Remote access) and that your home has a plan (choose a plan).
2. Open the app away from home and sign in with your username (or email) and password.
3. If you turned on two-step sign-in, enter the code from your authenticator app.
4. If your account is in more than one home, choose the home.

Your request goes through our secure connection to your box, your box checks your password and permissions, and the answer comes back. We never store your home’s information on the way.
