Create your online account and link your home

Your online account is how you sign in from away. You create it once and link it to the homes you use. It needs only your full name, your email and a password.

Create the account

1. In the app choose Sign in remotely → Create an account, or open remote.fradomos.com.
2. Type your full name, your email and a password (6 or more characters, with a capital letter, a number and a symbol).
3. We email you a 6-digit code. Enter it to confirm that the address is yours.

Link your home (once per home, while you are at home)

1. The house admin first presses Link with the remote server in the local dashboard (Settings → Remote access). This costs nothing and gives no access by itself.
2. In the Fradomos app or the local dashboard open Profile → Online account and press Create link code.
3. In your online account choose Add a home and type the code (it looks like ABCD-EFGH-JKLM). It works once, for 10 minutes.
4. The house admin sees the home under My homes, chooses a package, and pays. Everybody else is allowed by the house admin under People. After that you can open the home.

Your home still decides what you may do. The house admin sets that per room, separately for at home and away, and can cut a link or block a person at any time.

Forgot the password? Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page. We email you a code and you choose a new password. You are signed out everywhere.
