Home energy monitoring: see what you use and what it costs
Clear numbers for your electricity: right now, today, this week and this month, and the biggest users, so you know where to save.
Numbers you can read
Fradomos knows how long each device has been on and how much power it normally uses, so it can show your consumption and cost per day, per room and per device. These are estimates from the devices you connect, not a replacement for your electricity meter.
- Power right now, and energy per day, week and month
- Cost in your own currency and price per kWh
- Which rooms and devices use the most
- How long something has been left on
Find what to switch off
The biggest users are shown first. A heater that was left on all night or a light in an empty room is easy to see, and easy to switch off from the same screen.
Warnings when something stays on
You can ask Fradomos to tell you when a device has been on for too long, or when it uses more energy than you expect.
The numbers stay yours
Your history is kept in the box in your house. We do not collect your consumption, and you choose who in your family may see energy and costs.
About home energy monitoring
Do I need a smart meter?
No. Fradomos works from the devices you connect and how long they are on, using their power rating. That gives a clear picture, but it is an estimate.
Can I see the cost per room?
Yes. Set your price per kWh and currency and Fradomos shows the cost for each room and device.
Can I hide the costs from some people?
Yes. Seeing energy and costs is a separate permission for every person.
Does it work without the internet?
Yes. Everything is calculated in your own house.
