Control an air conditioner, TV or projector

You need an infrared (IR) board in the room, with a clear view of the device (like a remote control would have).

1. Add the IR board to the room with its QR code.
2. More → Rooms → the room → Add a device → Infrared remote.
3. Choose the appliance: Air conditioner, TV or Projector.
4. Choose the IR board that sends the signal, then the brand. (For TVs and projectors you can also choose Learn from my remote.)
5. Name it and set its power in watts. Press Add device.

Open the device to get the remote: power, temperature, mode and fan for air conditioners; the usual buttons for TVs.

Note: Infrared works one way. Fradomos sends the button press but cannot see the real state of the appliance, so it assumes the state. If someone used the physical remote, press the button again to line them up.
