Too many alarms

  • Cooking, spray, alcohol, cleaning products also change the sensor. Do not put it right next to the cooker.
  • A new sensor needs about a day to settle.
  • Re-calibrate in fresh air with one short press on the BOOT button.
  • Raise the alarm level (default 300 ppm) a little.

No alarm when you expected one

  • Is the sensor online? See A circuit shows offline.
  • Is the alarm level too high for what you tried? Lower it in More → Rooms.
  • Does your account see the room? Alerts go to the house admins and to people who may see the room.
  • The sensor must have warmed up (90 seconds after power-on).
Careful: This sensor is a convenience alert and not a certified detector. Use certified detectors for safety.
