Where your data is saved
The short answer: in your own home. Fradomos is built so that the information about your home lives in a box in your house, not in a company cloud.
In our cloud
Only a small registry — enough to connect you to your home when you are away. No passwords, no device information, no recordings.

We do not sell your information, show you ads, or follow you around the internet.

The companies that help us
We use a few well-known services to run Fradomos. Each gets only what it needs for its own job:
- Hosting provider — our servers (in Europe) for the cloud registry and this website.
- Stripe — payments. Your card goes straight to Stripe.
- Zoho — sends sign-in codes and our emails.
- Apple and Google — deliver push notifications to your phone.
- Open-Meteo — the weather for the wall panel.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct, delete or hand over whatever we hold about you. Write to us. All the details are in the privacy policy, which we keep in versions so you can see what changed and when.
Questions
About your data
Can Fradomos employees see inside my home?
No. Our staff console shows only what is needed to run the service: a home’s name and city, whether it is connected, how many people it has and the state of its plan. It cannot show your rooms, devices, readings, pictures or passwords — they are not in our cloud.
Do you sell or share my data?
No. We never sell information, and we do not use it for advertising. The few companies that help us run the service (hosting, payments, email, notifications, weather) get only what they need for that job.
What happens to my data if I stop using Fradomos?
It is in your box, so it is yours: you can switch the box off, reset it, or keep it. The small registry in our cloud is removed when your home is deleted. You can also ask us to delete anything we hold about you.
Is there any tracking on this website?
No cookies, no analytics, no advertising, and no fonts or scripts from other companies. The web server keeps a short technical visit record for about 14 days to keep the site safe and working.
