At home

Local access: Fradomos inside your home

When you are at home, everything happens inside your house. Your phone, the wall panel and the Fradomos box talk to each other over your own Wi-Fi. It is free, it is fast, and it keeps working when the internet does not.

The app finds your box

When your phone is on your Wi-Fi, the app looks around the network and finds the Fradomos box by itself. You do not type any address. If your router changes the box’s address, the app finds it again.

The box checks you

You sign in with your name and password. The box — not a company server — checks the password and decides what you may see and switch, room by room.

It all stays inside

A tap goes from your phone to the box to the circuit board, all inside your house, in a fraction of a second. Nothing is sent to the internet.

Works without internet

  • Switching lights and appliances
  • Air conditioner, TV and projector remotes
  • Your schedules and routines
  • Temperature, gas and door/window sensors
  • Warnings on the wall panel, including the red gas screen
  • The wall panel and the web page of your box
  • Energy numbers, floor plan, cameras on your network
  • Adding and changing rooms, devices and people

Needs the internet

  • Reaching your home when you are away (remote access)
  • Notifications on your phone’s lock screen (they travel through Apple or Google)
  • Sign-in codes and other emails
  • The weather on the wall panel

When the internet is back, these continue by themselves.

Three ways to use it at home

  • The app on your phone — see the app.
  • The wall panel — a touch screen that starts by itself. Set it up.
  • A web page — open your box’s address in any browser in your home. This is also where you draw the floor plan.

Is it really free?

Yes. Everything described on this page is free, with no account at our company and no subscription. You only pay if you also want to reach your home from outside. See pricing.

Want to reach your home from anywhere?

Remote access is optional and always can be switched off.
