Alerts and notifications on your phone

What triggers a warning, and where it appears.

Using Fradomos every dayUpdated October 9, 2026

Fradomos tells you when something needs attention:

  • Gas above the alarm level, and temperature above or below the limits you set.
  • A circuit goes offline (and comes back).
  • A device has been on for too long, or has used a lot of energy.
  • A new sign-in to your account.

You see them in More → Alerts, as a notification on your phone, and gas warnings also as a red screen on the wall panel.

Set up the phone notifications

  1. When the app asks to allow notifications, say Allow. (Later: phone Settings → Fradomos → Notifications.)
  2. Open the app once at home, signed in, so your phone is registered with your home.

Tapping a notification opens the Alerts list.
