Every person has an own account. An optional second step protects remote sign-ins. You see which phones are signed in and can sign any of them out.

Do I need an account to use Fradomos at home?
No. At home you sign in with the person you create in your own house. An online account is only needed for remote access.
What does remote access store?
Nothing about your home. It passes your request to your box and the answer back. Billing and your online account are kept separately.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Everything at home keeps working, because the box in your house does the work.
